In Sketchup 8, how do I unhide?

I am a beginner and used the “hide” button to hide a group. Now I can’t “unhide” it.

Look under the edit menu and you will find unhide

I suspect you can, by going to Edit>unhide> last or all

Also you can go to View> check hidden geometry, then right click on the group and click on unhide.

Thanks a lot, you have been a hugh help.

You have to be “in” the group or component you were “in” when you chose to hide in order to be able to unhide.
I find this can be quite difficult to do sometimes, especially if your SketchUp model consists of many components, groups and such…

It is worth mentioning, you can always find and unhide a hidden group/component in the Outliner Window.
Hidden groups are greyed out in the list and can be unhidden using right click unhide.
Doesn’t work for hidden raw geometry though.
