Can you share the .skp file so we can see what you are working with? In general, you need to set up the file to show only what you want to print, set the camera to Parallel Projection and the appropriate standard view. Then you should be able to set up to print to scale. Possibly more gymnastics required but without seeing your model it’s hard to say exactly.

Select the rectangle you drew around the end. Right click on it and choose Zoom Selection. Make the model window narrower so it’s closer to the aspect ratio of the paper. Set up Print or Print Preview with Fit to page and Use model extents unticked. Set the scale on the right to 1 to 1.
