How do I import an image to draw over?

File > Import > Select the file format. (DWG/DXF is Pro only)

If DXF… be sure to look at the import options for the proper unit import. If you forget to select the correct units, no problem. The scale can be corrected after import using the following technique - http://youtu.be/fCdpxW0vLvc
