I'm having trouble exporting model from SketchUp to Unreal Engine with Datasmith

Hi SketchUp Family. Can someone help me with exporting model to Unreal Engine using Datasmith. I have uploaded an error message from SketchUp. Thank you so much!

What operating system are you on ? There is no such OS as “MSI” (as your profile states.)

What version of DataSmith did you install ?

I am going to assume you are on Windows platform (not MSI.)
When you installed SketchUp, did you right-click the installer and choose “Run as administrator” ?
If not, do so and then choose the Repair option. Afterward reboot the computer.

BTW, it looks like you are on Windows 11. The SketchUp Hardware and Software Requirements page says …

At this time, SketchUp has not been tested on and is not supported with either MacOS Monterey (12.0+) or Windows 11. If you’re using SketchUp on a production machine then we discourage updating your OS at this time. November 4th, 2021

I also do not know if DataSmith supports Windows 11. You may may need to contact Unreal / Epic.
