My total new views seem to be slowing down than before. I think this may be because the view count is now too high or being inactive.

Maybe people are looking for more detailed models, or with a better texture quality. Some of your buildings may be good for urban environment but there are plug-ins that automatically make more detailed but still low poly buildings.
