I was logging in using google, but that path to log-in just disappeared - need help.

More information, please. What kind of license do you have for SketchUp? Your profile says “Classic” but there is no Classic license for SketchUp 2025. What are you trying to sign in to? Show a screenshot of what you are seeing.

Dave: I bought “SketchUp Go Annual” last week . I downloaded it, flailed around trying to open it. Finally I was able to set up access with a Google password. While I was self-training with SketchupSchool, THEN a hacker’s screen pops up while I am online. I could see his cursor flying all over mt screen, I shut down my PC, hired a good consultant to clean out all the suspicious files of all kins and it worked - it’s squeaky clean, But this cleaning erased whatever data was used log in to SKP. Grrrr

When I try to log in, I see this - oh good! I say to myself…

Then I get this:

Then I end up here:

I DON”T HAVE A TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION !

I purchased SKP and was using it !

Stuck in SKP dead ends.

Unfortunately I don’t have the serial #, Never saw it in the initial log in.

Bob

I used the SKP Support site and explained my dilemma - waiting for an answer.

OK. SO that’s a SketchUp Go subscription, not a Classic license and it’s the web based version, not SketchUp Desktop. Please correct your forum profile.

What did you download? The web-based version you are entitled to with your Go subscription doesn’t require a download. You simply open it in your internet browser via app.sketchup.com If you are trying to open the desktop version, your subscription doesn’t entitle you to use it. If you used a trial of it the desktop version and it has expired, you need to purchase either a Pro or Studio subscription to be able to continue using it.

Hmmm … That’s odd. The legitimate SketchUp instruction site wouldn’t do that. It’s good you got it cleaned up.

Again, since you purchased a SketchUp GO subscription, you would be entitled to use the web based SketchUp GO. You’d also be able to use SketchUp for iPad. Not SketchUp 2025 for Desktop.
