I want to import .svg into Sketchup MAKE

I want to import .svg into Sketchup MAKE. Is that possible?
Or do I need to get the PRO-version?

It’s not possible with Make or Pro. See here for more info: Using SketchUp Data with Other Modeling Programs or Tools | SketchUp Help

I haven’t tried it, but apparently Inkscape (free open source) can import SVG and export to DXF. And I seem to remember there is/was a plugin for Make 2017 that can import DXF, though not DWG.

There still are two, and they are free.

Worth exploring further?

There is a direct svg importer extension available on Github.

There are also a lot of online converters .svg to.stl wich you can import in SketchUp.
