I want to get a refund

Hi, I purchased a SketchUp Pro annual subscription last year, and I thought I had already canceled the renewal. However, the payment went through again on Friday for the new term.

I contacted the support center immediately, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
Since I’m a student and can’t afford this amount right now, I’m really hoping for a refund.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Do they usually issue a refund in this case?

Sketchup support employees are generally friendly, fast, and understanding (fair). But they also need time to respond (e.g. they don’t work on weekends, and its still nighttime for them… ).

Most likely, you will get your money back, but I have no influence on it ('m not an employee)
