Same issue here, couldn’t save a model I was working on (error code), I left the model after repeated attempts to save, then all my models were gone back at the homepage. No files found on my iPad, or Trimble connect. Please advise how I can find them!

EXACT same issue here. ALL files gone from my iPad - no locally saved files, no nothing. I literally worked on them without issue across the last few days but today, nothing there - it’s as if I installed the app from scratch. SketchUp’s email support on basically may as well have said “tough luck”…

I’ve tried all of the steps as per your earlier instructions and I’ve got nothing. I even still had space on my iCloud but all of my locally saved files are gone. Hope you find a way or a reason as to why this happened. I’ve lost three major pieces of work.

Hello @rene_fresquez , when i create new file after missing everything, the skecth up folder appear again on my iPad. But the content inside was only 1 file that i save earlier. [IMG_1200] [IMG_1199] [IMG_1198]

I’m facing the same - months of work is gone. Hope the sketchup team soon will find the bug and a way to fix it. For me it happened after the latest iOS update.

I received a reply from pro support basically saying “we don’t know why this happened and there is likely no way to retry the lost files” this is extremely disappointing. I have moths of work lost with no answers.

There is an iPad app update, to take care of the issue of local files being deleted. I don’t know if the update does anything to help recover files that have been deleted.
