I didn't received my license key

I bought sketchup2019 pro ver but I didn’t received my license key mail… What’s the problem?

Did you buy a Subscription license? If so, you won’t get a license key. You’ll sign in using the e-mail and password you used when you purchased the license.

Hi, I recently purchased a Sketchup Pro 2024 subscription, in April 2024. However, I was not sent license and authentication details. Sketchup is not warning me that my subscription in expiring 23 May 2024, even though when managing my subscription on Trimble it shows RENEWAL DATE 2025 - APR - 18.
Why the correct date not reflected on my sketchuppro and an incorrect renewal message is being sent?

Make sure you are signing on with the same email address as you used when you bought the subscription.

The date generally doesn’t update on myaccount.trimble.com until the old one fully expires

Last year’s will expire and it is replaced by a new term.

Sometimes it shows correctly on the welcome screen of SketchUp, maybe take a look there.
