Licensing date mismatch?

Hello - my sketchup pro subscription says its going to expire on the 8th September 2025, however when I go to my account management page on my browser it says the expiration date is 6th September 2026. Do these two dates mean two separate things or is there an issue with my account? I’m currently using Sketchup 2024, is this something to do with me not using 2025 instead?

It looks like you’ve been assigned the Pro subscription that expires on September 6th 2025, and also the one that expires on September 6th 2026. Normally you have one subscription, that that gets extended. For your case, the current one is set to not renew, and you’ve already been assigned the new one.

So, the subscription being used at the moment does expire in four days. After that the new one should be picked up.
