and the discount
so if i subscription today , whate is the expiry date
will be “Aug 24 , 2023” or “Mar 12 , 2023 (today)”

That means that you bought an extra seat on that account, and now both got the same anniversary date as the first you bought.
You need to assign that extra seat to another email address.
