I can't updated version of my SketchUp file


I’ve been trying to save my SketchUp file for a couple of hours now but I can’t seem to be able to. I’ve eecorded a little video to show what’s going on.

Can you download the SKP file to your computer using the Download option under the file folder icon?

Yes, I can download the SKP file but I don’t have any way to open it afterwards.



Go to your Trimble Connect account directly and upload the SKP file you downloaded. You should be able to open it from there. Before doing that, however, I would sign out of Trimble Connect and clear your browser’s caches. then sign in again and see if there’s any improvement.
