Been using the free Sketchup Web browser account for years. The Trimble Connect Saving has not been working (attached) since December 2021. So I have been downloading to the .SKP file to hard drive and would open from device to edit. However, I get error ( see attached) when trying to download the .SKP also. Currently have no way of saving new work. Any advise to fix problem please?
