I can’t open my skp file please help me

My sketchup file have a problem and say ‘’ this file cannot open’’ please help me about that.

What version of SketchUp are you using? There is no “Free Plan” “Architectural for now” version. Are you using a cracked version of SketchUp? What operating system? “2024” is not an operating system. Please correct your forum profile.

If you want help share the SketchUp model file and answer the questions above correctly.

I am using Sketchup 2024 trial version for a week.

That’s still not the “Free Plan”. Please complete your forum profile correctly.

Note that the trial period is only for evaluating the program, it is not for doing any sort of work on.

And again, if you want assistance with your file you have to share it.

I edit my profile again correctly. But I use Sketchup trial for evaluating the program. And I face a problem now. I am trying to fix that problem.

I wonder how many times you’ll have to be asked to share the SketchUp file so we can help you.

I am not good at English that much. Please be kind. I am not sure about that you are reliable. Are you authorized at Sketchup?

That message most often comes from a file that has been damaged while saving on an external device or over a network. This is a rare but known problem with how SketchUp implements saving files that nobody, including the developers, has yet been able to solve. Sometimes one of us can recover parts of it, but other times it is damaged beyond repair. We can only do that if we can access the file.

That said, do not share proprietary or confidential models on the forum. If you want a degree more privacy you can message them to one of us. If that is also forbidden due to privacy concerns, there is little we can do.

This is a public user forum sponsored by SketchUp. Most of us are just other users. Visiting SketchUp team members are identified as such. Anything ypou post here is public. If that is a problem, open a support ticket at SketchUp.com.

Yes, I concerned about file that is private. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness.
