I can't log in because, I can't access my old email

I have sold my business and no longer have access to my old email address to log in. Now it requires MFA, and the new owners deleted my previous email address as expected. I have been paying for SketchUp Pro every year and still have a few classic licenses. This is my personal license and not my previous business’s license.

Regardless, I can’t access it because the only option I am given is a code sent to that email. I have put in a few tickets with no luck. I can not find a phone number to call, and when I get a reply for the ticket, it’s in the middle of the night, and the case is closed before I even wake up. Is there a phone number I can call? I can’t find one.

Best practice would be to avoid sharing email addresses on a public forum. Someone on the Sketchup team might see this and be able to work something out with you but for now you should edit the post to delete those addresses.
