URGENT: I have had a Sketchup account for years- using it on a Macbook. I had to log in again and for the first time a login code was sent to my email address. I no longer have access to the email address. There is no way to get the code. I have been emailing Sketchup for 2 weeks none of the replies are at all helpful. It appears they have no interest in helping me. I need to somehow login without the code being sent and then change my email address. How do I do this. I need to use sketchup and have run out of time to deal with this.
If you can’t login, I don’t think you can do this yourself, you will need help from support. They have probably been unresponsive because most of them take the year end off. Perhaps @colin can help or direct you to the right person. I expect that they will need you to prove who you are to prevent hijacking of someone else’s account.
