I recently changed my e-mail address & new broadband supplier. However, I was wondering how you tell SU-HQ about your updated contact info for future licensing. I’m having a similar issue with my extension warehouse page, as can’t remember my password & under password re-set, it can only do this from your old e-mail address, which in my case no longer exists. So I can’t reset it.
I had the same issue on this forum, but had to register, so all my old posts are sort of lost, think.
As @jvleearchitects said, go ahead and contact Support using those links. If you no longer have access to your old email address, you’ll need to provide the original order number. Let me know if you have any issues getting this figure out!
I’ve made contact & looks like it will be sorted soon, just a matter of explaining the ‘catch-22’ issue & convincing SU-HQ I am who I say I am. Security procedure I guess.
