I can't get my license activated

I purchased a pro license, but I can’t get it activated.
I payed, I’ve got a copy of the bill, I logged in to the license portal, but I don’t see any licenses.

That looks as if you are added to another account (an organization) but they have not assigned a subscription to you

I was under the assumption that this is the main account.
I’m just me, myself and I.
It’s also already using the info@…-address.
How do I find out what the above account can be?

I don’t think you can, it’ll be one for SketchUp support - if you want to private message me your email I’ll see if I can look it up with my SketchUp partner system
