I have purchased a license for sketchup 2017. I did that man years ago and my license worked perfectly. Now I have reinstalled my windows and I am unable to reactivate my license.
When I go to the license tab on the sketchup launcher I immediately get the following message even before I enter my license codes:
"Oops…
That didn’t look like valid licensing info… "
Even after entering the correct info still nothing is happening and the message from above stays there.
The version I am installing is 2017 and my license is for 2017. Can you please help me out with this.
I have contacted support and they told me to go fuck myself and that they wont help me, because I am using an older version… So now I am here begging for help.
