hello, I bought this year a sketchup pro 2019 and I can not activate the desktop part because I did not receive the confirmation email with the license number and activation code, how should I proceed to have an email with my codes? thank you
If you bought a subscription license there won’t be a “code”. Just open SketchUp. When the Welcome screen pops up, click on Subscription. In the center of the window you should see a place to enter the e-mail address and password you used when you set up your account. Since I’m signed in I just get the Manage Subscription panel.
I checked, and as Dave suggested, you do have a SketchUp Pro subscription. Signing in like he said is all you need to do.
