I can't find Tool Pallets

In my laptop, I can’t find Tool Pallets in view section as shown in image. How I can get Tool Pallets?

On Windows, there is no Tool Palettes, it is a Mac thing! Your equivalent are the toolbars (Views->Toolbars…)

View/toolbars/toolbars OR right/context click in the existing on screen tools area to show a list of options.
