I have been using sketchUp Pro versions 2023 then 2024…I cannot doewload SketchUp Pro 2025…every time that I try to find the ‘Pro’ version, the download includes the non-Pro version. I do not understand why this is so difficult…happens every time.
What do you mean? There is no “non-Pro version” of SketchUp 2025. There’s just SketchUp 2025 and you would have either a Pro subscription or a Studio subscription.
…so, when I open SketchUp Pro 2023, the Trimble menu is titled SletchUp Pro…but not for the 2025 version. How am I to know the difference…hence my frustration. So, just download SketchUp 2025 and that’s it…it’s automatically the Pro version?

There was a change in the naming in 2024. They dropped “Pro” from the name of the product since they are defining a subscription level as Pro.
If you’re getting the desktop version of SketchUp there is only one version.
It’s SketchUp 2025. Again, there’s a Pro subscription and a Studio Subscription depending on which you’ve purchased. Those are the two possibilities. The SketchUp version is the same.
In the old days they used Pro to differentiate one desktop version from SketchUp Make but since there hasn’t been a Make version since 2017, there’s no need to differentiate.
