I can no longer use my keyboard in Sketchup 2020

Suddenly I can no longer use my keyboard in Sketchup Pro 2020, in Sketchup Pro 2019 It is no problem.
There was no problem yesterday.
Have already reinstalled but problem is still there.

Please help me, I can’t find anything online about this.

And I have several projects in 2020 and I cannot open them in 2019.

Hi Box,

I have deinstalle dit en than i claned up the folders.

That did not solve the problem, but i told me that Sketchup was activated on another pc.

So i closed the account and no wits working fine.

So i hope that Sketchup wil tel me the next time i want to login that i have open my account on another pc.

I think it ends up not being your situation, but yesterday I had two versions of SketchUp where pressing keys would do nothing. In both cases I had to go into preferences and reset the shortcuts. That fixed it for both versions (2016 and 2014).
