my sketchup2021 disable my keyboard and shortcut after I update new version
Delete, backspace, esc, shortcuts… are not working ,
only mouse still working
p.s I tried to reset shortcut - still not working
pls help
When you quit SketchUp, does the keyboard start working again? Is it only not working in SketchUp or everywhere?

Sounds like a bad installation. Where did you download SketchUp from? When you installed it, did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator?
I get the latest version from sketchup website , I try to reinstall 2 times with Run as admin
facing the same problem
Is num lock on? Can you type numbers? Pretty weird that it would only fail with SketchUp.
