I want to be able to create a dynamic component that is a hollow cone. I can change the diameter of the base of the cone and the overall height of the cone but I do not see any way to change the smaller diameter of the top of the cone. I also do not see any way to change the thickness of the wall of a hollow cone. Is there a way to deal with these internal attributes of a hollow cone?
That would still be a truncated cone. Does it need to be truncated?
Also best to share what you have come up with as a dynamic component. So others can see what you have got. ( @pcmoor for instance ?)
A starting point with simple values, a chord section 1/24 of the circle
divide into four face groups, each divided into three
now do you know much trigonometry? chord formula?

I do not have any trouble drawing the type of hollow truncated cone that I need. I also can make a dynamic component out of it. The x, y and z length values will change the overall size but do not allow me to change the diameter of the top part of the cone independent of the bottom diameter. Also changing the x, y and z length values are actually scaling the whole dynamic object. I would also like to have the thickness of the wall of the cone to be adjustable dynamically. I have included a drawing of an example of the type of object that I want to be able to dynamically adjust the dimensions of.
