Hi. My name is Jeff Gramlich. I had a trial Sketchup
account where I created an online model. The trial
expired and I bought a subscription. Now I am in the
subscribed account at https://app.sketchup.com/
app. But I can’t find the beautiful model I had
created. Can you please help me get it back? I’m
afraid it could be lost after I put a lot of work into it.
hmm usually, this comes from the fact people may have used a different email.
also, on the landing page, I assume you don’t see your project (duh, off course
)
click on trimble connect on the left side, and then on the server icon. it should be on “all servers”, but take a look at other servers, your stuff might be there ?
