I was using sketchup for webb and had some models now I have pro and I can not see my models

You can still go to webapp and download a copy of your modell, then open in desktop version.

Or in a desktop application you can use File>>Trimble connect.

You are admin for two emails that have Pro subscription. One of those was using the web version, the other wasn’t. Are your old web models under the other account?
