Free Trial Model deleted

Hello,

I recently used the free trial for Sketchup Web for 30 days. Unfortunately, after my license expired, they deleted my model from my online account… Is it possible to recover it ? Who do I need to contact ? Impossible to send a message to the Sketchup technical support !

When you sign into this page:

https://app.sketchup.com/app

click on Trimble Connect on the left of the page. Do you then see your files? Make sure you are signing in with your ceetrus email address.
