Sketchup Free account owner is a deleted account?

I’ve got an account that I was using to do some DIY home stuff but my free version has expired. When I check my account, it says that the account owner is some other account and that their account is deleted? I’m unable to renew my free license and recover my home design. How do I fix this? I’d like to continue using the free version.

There is not a subscription for the web version, which is the only free version of SketchUp. So, I presume that by “free version” you are referring to the 7-day free trial of SketchUp Pro? If so, no you cannot renew the trial. If you only need a short time use, your best option may be to purchase a one-month subscription to Pro.

yeah, same. it was caused by the migration Trimble did recently (just repeating words, I have no idea what they migrated).

it’s expired except it’s free and can’t expire ?
