but i cant download please help me to download
Looks to me as if you have to be signed up with them to download anything. I’m not going to sign up there but it looks like they offer files in .dwg and maybe .dxf format. You’ll need SketchUp Shop or SketchUp Pro to be able to use those things you download, though. SketchUp Free doesn’t have the ability to import .dwg or .dxf files.

Yes or SketchUp Free can import .stl files. I didn’t see that either .skp of .stl is available from that site, however.

No. You have to download what is there. We guess it could be dwg or dxf file. But to be able to download that, you must be registered there.
When you have been downloaded the dwg/dxf, you must heve SketchUp Shop or SketchUp Pro to be able to use the dwg/dxf files. Otherwise you will not be able to import it to SketchUp Free.

I did sign up, and tried an example file. It was DWG, and had quite a lot of gaps in the geometry. If you did get the model into Shop or Pro, you would have a lot of fixing to do before it would be a usable solid.
