Can you share the plugin to me ? i just bought recently but i can not download it because i can not open extension warehouse inside sketchup 2021. The developer also not answer my email yet.

You can open the Extension Warehouse in your browser and download extensions but licensing payed extensions won’t work with SketchUp 2021.

I took the screenshot from the website, there is no download option, there is only ready to install but it is not active. It also says there is compatibility for sketchup 2021.

It indicates only that the extension would work in SketchUp 2021. If you had purchased it several years ago when the Extension Warehouse still supported 2021, you would have been able to activate the license. At this point, since 2021 is not supported by the Extension Warehouse, you cannot activate the license.

By the way, your forum profile indicates you are using SketchUp 2018 Make. There never was such a version. Please put the correct information in your forum profile.

Thanks for the explanation, the bad thing is the developer never answers questions. I have sent emails but no reply. I lost my money.

You can request a refund from the Extension Warehouse. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the Extension Warehouse page. Or update to the current version of SketchUp.

The activations appearing to be full is an issue on our side. I made an adjustment, and the extension should license ok for you now, without buying it again.

Dave pointed something out to me. The fix I made will solve the problem for getting the extension going on a machine that has used it in other versions of SketchUp. If this is a new computer, and you’re still using 2020, a different problem may come up.
