I have a license for the extension “nz_Gradients&Driveways” (Natale Zappia) but I can’t seem to renew it. I’ve contacted the developer & was told to contact SketchUp as the license should still be active. I sent a message to Trimble but haven’t received a reply (yet). I’d really like to be able to use this extension again seeing I’ve paid for it but it seems you’ve got to jump through a number of hoops to do it. Has anyone else had any luck installing a licensed version of this extension lately?
I got it to install in SU2021 so all good again. I realized it was still installed in SU2019 so uninstalled it from there, re-downloaded from extension warehouse & now it is working in SU2021. Must of been a licensing conflict. You live & learn…lol.
One of my colleagues had replied to your distributor to say that your account seemed to be ok. Glad you found a combination that worked. I expect your distributor may be in touch to tell you what my colleague had replied to them.
