Help with 2 D Sketchup plan to Layout

Hi, mine is a simple question - I have a floorplan in Sketchup (2D), when exporting to Layout it is skewed at an anagle, so no straight lines. Am I doing someething obviously wrong? Thanks

In Sketchup set the View to the appropriate Standard View, Probably ‘Top’ if it is a plan and set the Camera to Parallel Projection.
Then make that a Scene and send that to Layout.
