I don’t see anything skewed in your model. The camera has been orbited a little off of looking straight down and you have it set to Perspective. If you’d leave the model axes displayed you could ident ify that. Note how the red axis is not parallel to the bottom of the model window and the vertical blue axis is visible.
If you set the Camera to Parallel Projection and choose the Standard Top view, the axies and the model will align with the edges of the model window.
Set that up and create a scene for that camera position. It’s generally best to do your modeling with the Camera set to Perspective but for a plan view like this, you’ll want the Camera set to Parallel Projection.
