Hii everyone, please help me. I worked on a sketchup file for a long time and when im trying to open it it says - “This does not appear to be a SketchUp model”. I tried all possible solutions like trying to retrive the skb file or opening the file in a new model or in higher configuration system…Nothings working. Please someone help me retrive my file back. Following is the drive link for the file, i have uploaded both skp and skb files in there…please help me
skp is completely empty
skb has data, but the last 15% is empty, and because of that, it misses the second model.dat (all the geometry is between 2 model.dat in the code)

yeah… don’t rest all your hopes on this, if you have older saves, or ways to restart, don’t wait for Colin.
this happens a lot (more) on big files on PC. something stops the saving process for an instant. also, if you work directly in a shared cloud or an external drive, there are connexion variations or micro cuts in the link, can be deadly.
save locally, or use trimble connect (it’s integrated to sketchup now). if you save locally, or on a cloud / drive, do versions. from time to time do a file / save as a copy to have a fixed point in time to return to.

I tried as well, and couldn’t get anything from the skb.
