Help for old "free" customers

I’ve been an occasional user since this was a free Google product. I most recently used the product back in May to create a new project. Today I was able to find it only after following the instructions on another Community help thread. However, when I opened it, I found a weird rendering that showed all my dimensions to be 2.5"

.

When I clicked on the “Edit in Sketchup” button in the right margin, it took me to a completely blank sketchup page.

.

I found a free “sketchup viewer” app online and downloaded it. It opened my project, but I couldn’t measure anything (I guess that’s why it’s named Sketchup VIEWER…). My question is, Is there any way in November 2024 to still access and edit my sketchup projects that won’t cost me an arm and a leg? And if not, is anyone aware of a knock-off product that performs the same basic functions without all the “professional” bells and whistles? TIA for any guidance you guys can offer.

You ought to be able to access the free online version at app.SketchUp.com , and you should be able to upload that SKP file into the free version for editing. I think it’s the option on the start page for “Open from Device”

Thank you!!

If nothing else works, you could always draw it again in a new model.
Doesn’t seem to much work…

Thanks - but no, it worked great!
