paying Go subscriber, file stuck in a PWA session, rural area with no broadband — is exactly the kind of thing that might get a staff member’s attention.

What to include in your post:

  • Go subscriber, paid

  • File open in PWA, won’t save to Trimble Connect

  • “Save operation could not be completed” error

  • Rural location, Straight Talk hotspot only

  • 276MB file, mostly geometry

  • File currently still open on screen

So that is fully a serialization issue, I assume you cannot download the model either? Can you share the model and if not can yout at least share the error as it posts in dev tools > console?
