Problem saving to cloud

I consistently get this message when trying to save my files, I have updated browser, purged cache etc and this has been going going on for several weeks now. Any suggestions?

If you head for connect.trimble.com in a browser, do you see your project?
How large is it become?
You might have reached a limit…

Thanks for the reply. Yes I can see the project and it is tiny at 850 kb, and sadly if i make a tiny change and try and save i get the same error message.

When did you start using SketchUp for Web (Free)? Trying to see when you created your account.

If you make a new free account do you still have issues with saving models?

How many files do you have saved to Trimble Connect? How large are they? It might be that you’ve reached the limit for storage.
