I am a new user of Sketchup. I am getting an Hardware Acceleration Is Unsupported error. I am not sure how can I fix that error. Do I need to upgrade my system Hardware to fix this error. Is it because of my Graphic card because I am using an old Graphic card (https://www.allhdd.com/nvidia-fx5200-videdo-card/) I am afriad.

As far as I see your graphic card - “on a computer science scale” - is from the stone ages.
Lates driver for that released around 2008 for WinXP and that is supporting OpenGL 2.1.
It is - and your Operating System as well - a way below of the requirement for SU 2022:
