Grey Screen and no axis or ability to draw

Hi,

I’ve recently installed sketch up pro 2019 however I’m unable to draw or view an axis when selected. I’ve reinstalled multiple times but still the same issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Window>Preferences>OpenGL and uncheck “fast feedback”, see if that makes a difference. It’s likely that your graphics card isn’t quite up to scratch running SketchUp…

Works perfectly fine now
