Dear Administrator,
I have issues logging in to SketchUp for Schools on my domain (@susquenita.org). I am the G Suite administrator and have installed SketchUp for Schools on my domain and granted permissions. I am getting stuck in the loop of “Are you in the right place?” and clicking sign in with Google goes through the login process and returns to the same page. Others are experiencing the same issue
Any help is appreciated.
Hi cmatash, thanks for the post. Sorry it took me a while to get back to you on this one. I have been a bit under the weather the last few days. I replied to the private message you sent me but in case someone in the future sees this thread I wanted to reply to it for the record.
If your sign in is looping, it is possible that you need to be added to our database. For future thread readers, please make sure that you include the domain or domains you want us to add to our database in your initial post as well as a link to a school or district website if you have one. We also need you to verify that you are a k-12 school, district or equivalent. For that, all you need to do is tell us that you are in your post or point us to that info on your website.
Once we have all of that we can get your domain added into our database and that should fix any database issues. If you are seeing a different error or experiencing a different problem, then this solution might not be what you are looking for so please start a new thread and explain your issue there.
