@D_Smith If the application was working for you before we started the google login issue then the login and app should just work for you. I did not have to do anything on my side.
Do you have any browser extensions? Any web filters?

We are now having the same issue. Our domain is ocknights.org I checked the age settings and we have our staff labeled over 18, I made sure third-party app access is available, and we still have login issues. Our error message is different though.
I can’t quite see in the screenshot that you shared, but it appears in the top search bar that you may have popups blocked? Could you please check that popups are allowed? This is necessary to complete the full login flow.
Yup! I unblocked them. I had reset the website settings before I took the screenshot. I did all kinds of changes trying to open everything else up as well, lol.
Is it possible to have our domain added to the allow list as well? My teachers and students are in @hf233.org and @student.hf233.org, respectively. Currently neither group can login to Sketchup for Schools.
Our school website is www.hfhighschool.org.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Marketplace app and it allowed our non-student accounts to work. However, our student accounts still get the SIGN-IN ERROR screen after authenticating with Google. I have trusted all of the various clientIDs I can find in the admin console (API) but my guess is this has to do with Google’s new limits on third-party products. Has anyone been successful getting their students past the error?
Apparently our students can now login. I found out this morning. Not sure why this changed, but I’m not complaining! I had to click “sign in via microsoft” (which I don’t have set up) which for some reason allowed me to sign in and now I can authenticate via google again. I had cleared caches, switched browsers, modified site settings, and everything else I could think of before this.
That is an odd workflow, but I’m glad you were able to find a workaround. Thanks for sharing!
Hi @CaseyG,
Our school is also a K-12 on Gsuite for Education with a .org domain, could we be added to the list to sign in for Sketch Up. Thank you!
Hi @alleanna, thanks for the post and thanks for using the @ command to get my attention. I am happy to add you to the database as you already mentioned you are a k-12 school. I just need to know what domain to add. Can you let me know what your domain is so I can enter it into our database?
Thanks @CaseyG!
Our domain is onenessfamily.org
Thanks for the fast reply @alleanna. I jsut finished adding you to our database so you are all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure that you are deploying the app correctly and make sure to use a super admin to do it as skipping steps or using a regular admin account can cause problems.
If you are still seeing issues after this post is live, please let me know by using the @ command to get my attention and we can start troubleshooting right away.
