Any changes? Assuming you’ve restarted your machine and checked your internet connection? Also, did you install any recent plugins or windows software updates recently?
Another complaint today. We’re not seeing any issues. We’ll monitor. Clear webcache and restart SketchUp?
Hi Eric, Thanks for the reply. I restarted my laptop and yes I had a windows update recently. I contacted IT and they cleared web cache and the geolocation worked for about an hour and now I’m back to the gray screen. My co-workers are having the same issue
