Good morning, we appear to be experiencing the same issues as other educators, though it does seem to be intermittent rather than persistent (ie: sometimes students can log in to Sketchup for Schools, and other times within the same class period they receive the “are you in the right place?” error message). If you could please whitelist the chisd.net domain, I’d appreciate it.

Lake Stevens School District (lkstevens.wednet.edu) is not able to access the web version of Sketchup. Can we be added to the whitelist so our teachers can get to work on some cool projects?

Thank you Steve! Unfortunately we are still not able to log in with our domain credentials. I have verified that pop-ups are allowed and whitelisted both the sketchup.com and accounts.google.com URL’s. Do you have any other suggestions?
