Unfortunately there are many data errors in the file, I couldn’t recover anything.
Next thing would be to see if the SKB backup file does any better.

Bonjour @colin, je ne parviens plus à ouvrir un fichier Sketchup sur lequel j’ai beaucoup travaillé 
. J’ai le message d’erreur suivant “Impossible d’ouvrir le document”. Pour information, j’ai mis à jour la nouvelle version de Sketchup 2024 récemment. Le fichier skp a disparu de mon dossier, donc j’ai copié/collé le fichier skb, et j’ai renommé l’extension en skp:

J’espère que tu parviendras à m’aider 
Il y a de grands morceaux abîmés dans ton fichier, remplis de zéros, ce qui le rend illisible. un peu comme des pages d’un roman sans texte.
es-ce que tu as essayé de renommer le fichier .skb en .skp voir si c’est mieux ?

The two files seem to be identical. Both open with SketchUp 2024, with an error report concerning a faulty group that SketchUp has fixed. Update your SketchUp to a newer version of v.2023 or to v.2024. If that fails, here is a link to the fixed file in my GDrive:Mûr muée Evelynecis.skp - Google Drive I will keep it available for a couple of days.

je suis au bord du gouffre, une après midi perdue sur un projet, sketchup a planté et depuis quand j’ouvre mon projet ça me dit que le format est inattendu

Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2023. I’m guessing it’s the first release. Your Subscription allows you to update to the current version. You should do that.
Your file opened in SketchUp 2024 without any trouble. I performed my usual cleanup steps.
Fixed incorrect tag usage. All edges and faces should be created and remain untagged. Only groups and components should be given tags.
Purged unused stuff. No reason to be hoarding that stuff.
And reduced the excessively large remaining textures in the model. Those huge textures just bloat the file and make your computer work harder.

Dave used a free extension named « material resizer », it tells you what material is big. And allows you to resize them by batch

There are a couple of bad groups in your model. Update to SketchUp 2024. Since you have a Pro subscription you can do that free of charge. Then you’ll be able to open your file.
I opened it and did my usually cleanup procedure. I fixed incorrect tag usage and purged unused content.
Keep all edges and faces untagged. Give tags only to groups and components in the model. And don’t hoard all those unused components and materials. This cleanup reduced your file size by nearly 50%. More could likely be done to keep your file manageable.
