It looks like your test outcome is the same as mine. The reveals aren’t being generated in the right places and this is causing the section fills to get confused. I think that for having such a block component we’ll have to wait for out next wall cutter update.

Interesting. I’ve never thought to try it that way. I’ve only used it to cut 4 surfaces from solids placed side by side, not one inside the other. I like the concept.
