Flattery toolbar not shown

I just downloaded Flattery from SketchUcation and used the preferences extensions path to install it. When I open the toolbar dialog Flattery is shown as enabled but there is no toolbar. If I click other extensions in that dialog I see them come and go, but Flattery does not every appear.

Using SU 2015 Make.

Is it possible the toolbar is off screen? It does work in SU2016.

Thanks for the hint, I closed SU and opened it again, this time when I tried to enable Flattery it said it was disabled, it wouldn’t enable. So I exited SU again and then tried to enable it and the toolbar appeared!
