Finding, copying and pasting old Materials or Colors into 2026 from 2025 or 2024

Im trying to copy my old material selections (specifically the old color selections) from SU 2024 or 2025 into SU2026 but the locations where the files should be seem to be empty and I’ve checked the box to view hidden files. I have Windows 10

I did this once before with 2025 after it came out.

Any ideas are appreciated. see pic below - thanks, Billy

hello, look in c:\programdata\sketchup …… instead

Hi there… I’m using Macbook M4 Pro… In what folder would I find the Materials and Colors?

open sketchup.
go to the preferences, and there, go to folders.

you’ll see all the standard paths. next to each path there is a small folder icon to open the folder.
