Where do I find saved materials etc in folders when updating SketchUp?

In my window: Library, Application Supprt, SketchUp 2024, SketchUp
I have only empty folders (first picture)
My friend have a lot more information in her folders (second picture).
I have a lot of plugins and folders with material in my SketchUp, why don’t I find that information on my computer? When I install a new SketchUp I follow the steps.

Have you tried to copy what you have in the 2023 folders? I can’t tell you if the materials, styles, etc. are copied when installing a new version.

Custom user resource files and templates are not automatically migrated. You must copy them manually.

Thank you for your answers. The folders in 2023 is also empty, it looks the same as 2024.
How do I copy them manually? How do I save my materials so I can copy them in to my updated SketchUp?

You are looking at the wrong folder. The leftmost panel in your screenshot is the root folder of your drive (evident from the names of the other three folders there). Your friend’s screenshot starts from their home folder (again, evident from the other folders there). However, as noted in other posts, your personal Library folder is hidden by default. You must either use Finder’s Go menu to get there or change Finder settings to reveal it. Or, you can open SketchUp->settings->files and click the folder icon at the right hand end of the row for Materials:

Is it just to copy the folder to my updated SketchUp?
Enscape support tell me to uninstall SketchUp and install it again and after that install Encape again, I have problem to get Enscape in SketchUp 2024.
I guess all my folders with material will disappear if I uninstall it? Can I just move the folder to another place and after installing SketchUp move it to the correct folder?

You can copy the contents of the Materials folder from a prior version to the current.

Better, since so far as I know the format of materials files hasn’t changed, you could create a folder in some version-independent place and then just point the updated SketchUp to that folder in the settings->files->materials. I have done that for years now without issue.
